An Xbox Store listing for the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians beta reveals that the game will take up 10.27 GB of hard drive space on your Xbox One. The information comes from a Halo subreddit user. For now, consider this a rumor--though a hefty install size would not be entirely unexpected, given developer 343 Industries' previous comments. A Microsoft representative told GameSpot that the install size is only a placeholder, albeit a very specific one. The Halo 5 beta, which runs in 720p at 60fps, kicks off December 29 and runs through January 18. Buying Halo: The Master Chief Collection will guarantee you a spot in the beta, though it's unclear if there will be other ways to get in. Halo 5 launches in fall 2015 for Xbox One.
