50 Cent is in the hospital, guys. No worries, the dude is in good hands -- he's just in there for a scheduled surgery. Earlier today he tweeted the above photo from his hospital bed hang sesh with some stuffed animals, and finally -- we've found our Christmas card photo!

In related Fiddy news, we recently found out that when the "Piggy Bank" rapper isn't busy nursing himself back to health, he's helping those in need! Before you throw shade, get schooled: You should know that 50 actually has a very charitable history. (He's also neighborly -- he shovels other people's driveways!) The rapper's now turned his community service mojo up a few notches as he's begun working with City Harvest, a rescue organization dedicated to feeding hungry New Yorkers.

50 Cent was recently at City Harvest’s Food Rescue Facility in New York City showing his support of hunger relief with his audio company, SMS Audio. In a recent partnership with Feeding America, each SMSAudio.com purchase in the U.S. will provide over 200 meals to hungry Americans. Or in other words, 50 Cent is AMAZING! Fiddy toured the facility and even helped pack some fresh produce for City Harvest to distribute to local New York families. AWWW! Public service or die tryin,' right, bro?
