We've been known to tell you guys you should be listening to Chicago DJ duo Hood Internet's amazing/wonderful/super-repeatable mash-ups, but this new one might take the cake. Having grown up on Notorious B.I.G., any "Mo Money, Mo Problems" remix is something I'll probably stand behind. But this one, mashed up with dance-funk-pop singer Penguin Prison's infectious "Don't F*** With My Money" has now cemented its place as my official Summer Jam of 2012. Let's talk about it.

The already poppy "Mo Money, Mo Problems" gets a twinkly upgrade in Hood Internet's "F*** With Mo' Money." Ma$e, Diddy and Biggie lay it down as Penguin Prison's instrumentals up the synth and whimsy ante -- whimsy, I said! The mash-up is genius not only because both of the songs are about that dolla dolla but because it's the first time we've heard Ma$e in like, a milli years. And the fact remains: Dude dropped out of the game way to early -- I guess he finally saw his name on that blimp.
