Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City make a perfect summer collabo.
We never woulda guessed that Carly Rae Jepsen's first single after her internet anthem, "Call Me Maybe" would be a duet with Owl City. But get ready, because it's happening, and it's actually pretty legit. If you recall, Adam Young (aka Owl City) took the world by storm with his song "Fireflies," and his collaboration with Carly is probably about to do the same thing.
Listen to Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City's "Good Time" after the jump.
Much like "Fireflies," "Good Time" is a sparkling, synth-heavy pop jam that was tailor-made to soundtrack all summer activities. Set to a thumping, candy-coated beat, the pop tune that serves as the perfect backdrop for Carly and Adam's voices to blend: "Good morning and good night/ I wake up at twilight/ It's gonna be alright/ We don't even have to try/ It's always a good time." Like, if that doesn't inspire you to have a wild-ass summer, then we really can't help you.
