Watch Ed Sheeran and Kimbra's performances at the mtvU Woodies Awards Festival.

If there are two people you need to know about at this very moment in your life, it's Kimbra and Ed Sheeran. You may already know Kimbra from her guest spot on Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know," and Ed should ring a bell because of his recent BRIT Awards honor (and our interview in which we discover his obsession with cats). Both artists made a visit to the mtvU Woodies Awards Festival yesterday, and they performed some sweet jams while they were at it: Kimbra's "Settle Down" and Ed's "The A Team."

If Kimbra's flawless voice doesn't instantly draw you in to her live performance, then marvel at the girl's ability to rock two microphones AND sound effect machines at the same time (if not her ability to successful rock a collared dress). Sounding a bit like blues-scat gone electro, Kimbra's ability to dominate the crowd solo (and her killer red lipstick) is our new obsession.

Ed Sheeran's messy red hair and plaid shorts may have you thinking dude's punk rock, but the minute he opens his mouth, a beautiful voice with the most charming British accent delivers a swoon-worthy ballad. His adorable folk-pop acoustic performance of "The A Team" pretty much leaves us asking why the audience didn't stop everything they were doing to hold hands and fall in love with each other.
