We wouldn't mind racking up frequent flier miles on One Direction Air!

We loved imagining flying Lady Gaga Air, but we can't even with the possibility of being aboard the same plane as One Direction! Just the idea that we could share the same recycled oxygen as the Brits would have us immediately hyperventilating into our complementary airplane barf bags. Technically, the guys' takeover of the British Airlines flight was for a contest that supported and raised 50,000 pounds for the U.K. airline's/Comic Relief's children's charity, Flying Start foundation. BUT HOW DID WE NOT RIG DO EVERYTHING TO WIN THIS CONTEST!?

Captain Liam Payne on board!

The "What Makes You Beautiful" singers took time out of recording their sophomore album and dominating the Teen Choice Awards (where they won Best Love Song and Best New Group!) for the charity contest and tweeted a few photos from their ultimate flight experience. The guys acted as honorary flight attendants, serving dinner to contest winners, signing autographs and making flight announcements during an hour-long flight from Manchester to London. Liam Payne even flew the plane -- JK! But bro looks FOINE playing the part in a captain's hat if we may say so ourselves. Mmm... Captain Liam.
