Miley Cyrus works her best "Pretty Woman" impression in New York.

If anyone can pull off a 'Pretty Woman' costume not on Halloween, it's Miley Cyrus. The newly blonde singer was snapped yesterday shopping in NYC. In addition to sporting her ridiculously toned body (that oddly she's trying to improve upon for her upcoming wedding?!), Miley werqued it out in what we might call "Pretty Woman" stripper boots, some super-short shorts and a sheer top. Because wearing a regular white T-shirt would have totally ruined that look. We get it!

Rumor has it, later on Miley was seen making herself quite at home in a department store, where she walked around barefoot and purchased what we assume was the most expensive shoes in the entire joint. After her shopping spree, the future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth left with what looked like a giant garbage bag full of ridiculously expensive clothes. It's a damn good thing the stores let her in dressed like that! Otherwise, it would have been a big mistake. Huge!
