Kosovo-born, U.K.-bred songstress and PUSH alum Rita Ora has been killing it all summer with rager-ready pop jams like "How We Do (Party)," touring with Coldplay, and, most recently taking the 2012 MTV VMAs by storm. (Still can't get that feathery number she presented in out of my mind and my heart.) Signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation label (can't even get my brain around having Jay-Z as a boss!), the 21-year old stunner has worked with plenty of other industry powerhouses like will.i.am, Ester Dean, The-Dream, Kanye West, and Stargate on her first album. And as if that weren't enough, she's had three No. 1 singles. So we're pretty convinced Rita Ora's not just one to watch; she's one to watch take over the world.

(co-written by Drake!), "Shine Ya Light," "Roc The Life," and more.
