Game's September 25 North American launch date dropped, with retailers allowed to sell title once they receive copies; no online play until tomorrow.
Little Big Planet for the PlayStation Vita is arriving early. A Sony representative has told Game Informer that the game's September 25 street date in North America has been lifted, with retailers allowed to sell the game once shipments arrive.
Separately, Sony PR manager Eric Levine addressed the issue on the PlayStation Blog, saying the game appeared on store shelves ahead of its planned launch due to "excitement" from retailers.
The representative also confirmed that those who picked up an early copy of Little Big Planet Vita will not be able to utilize the game's online services until tomorrow.
