This past weekend in Pasadena, fans flocked to D-Con, AKA DesignerCon 2014. Despite it occurring in my “back yard” each year, this is the first year I have been able to attend. It’s a terrific show, with great programming, great vendors and a great energy. The show is gaining popularity and has doubled in size from last year.
This years 100+ vendors showcased the very best in designer toys, urban vinyl, Gylos, toys, apparel, custom Lego builds, art, customized toys and much MUCH more! I was able to pick up some great stuff for my own collection as well as knock out some early holiday shopping for my family at the show. I met some incredible artist and ran into many old friends.
