Karmin perform "Hello" on VH1's "Big Morning Buzz Live!"
Ciara and Karmin's Amy Heidemann are two of the hardest-working ladies in pop right now. Cici (who is currently prepping to release her fifth album, One Woman Army) and Karmin (who just dropped their single for "Hello") recently visited VH1's "Big Morning Buzz Live" this morning where we learned some interesting stuff about each artist. For instance: Ciara's most recent single, "Sorry," may be about past-boyfriend 50 Cent? Yup, it's official. We have to learn not to be such zombies in the morning and actually PAY ATTENTION.

Ciara chatted with Carrie Keagan about her recent travels to South Africa where she did some record promo and even visited her lion cubs! Yes, really! Ciara even had the toughness to mess up her Chanel military boots down in the muck. We know they're "military" boots, but still, dang, girl. Soon after that, Ciara started talking about her new record and basically all but admitted that her new song, "Sorry," is about 50 Cent. DRAMZ.
Also stopping by "Big Morning Buzz Live," Karmin returned to the stage to perform their song "Hello." Recent Rolling Stone "Women Who Rock" recipient Amy Heidemann and her partner in crime Nick Noonan rocked the late-morning show, but apparently were in a huge rush to get Dunkin' Donuts before their performance. We've ALL been there, guys. Most of my days at work start by brushing the crumbs off my shirt. You are felt over here.
