Hasbro sent out this amazing page-a-day Star Wars calendar to help us countdown to the release of new Star Wars: The Force Awakens product on “Force Friday” on September 4th.

Today we are 58 days away from Force Friday and the toy of the day is another Kenner classic. Girl action figures CAN sell, and Leia is proof.   As a kid I never thought twice about buying any of the Leia figures.  She was part of the cast and I needed her as much as I needed a Power Droid.
