Listen to Katy Perry's 'Tommie Sunshine's Megasix Smash-Up' from The Complete Confection.
Katy Perry's new songs "Part Of Me" and "Wide Awake" got us buzzing, but what would happen if the singer's already famous songs downed a gazillion Pixy Stix and gulped a case of Red Bull? We're pretty sure it would sound like the supersweet "Tommie Sunshine's Megasix Smash-Up," featured on Katy's Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection album (dropping tomorrow).
Listen to Katy Perry's "Tommie Sunshine's Megasix Smash-Up" after the jump!
Katy's Billboard reign is honored in New York DJ Tommie Sunshine's official remix that mashes up Perry's six legendary hits ("Teenage Dream," "California Gurls," "Firework," "The One That Got Away," "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" and "E.T.") into one power-punched dance celebration. The 7-minute tune melds each song's intro verse and chorus over a hyper, base-heavy beat that sounds like the best sugar rush ever. And feel free to enjoy it, guys -- the song (and the entire rerelease) is for the die-hard fans (and we definitely fall in that category).
Call us cray (or loopy from all this corn syrup), but what if a song that combines all of Katy Perry's No. 1s actually goes No. 1 all on its own?! That would have to break another record -- something Katy's getting pretty good at doing.
