Demi Lovato belts out the National Anthem at the World Series!
We may not know much about baseball or the World Series, but we recently learned two things 1) The San Francisco Giants beat the Detroit Tigers in Game 4 (we only know that much because of Twitter, congrats!), and 2) Demi Lovato's "Star Spangled Banner" performance was a total grand slam... home run... whatever (what, you thought we'd get through this post without any baseball puns?). And while the Giants may be baseball's reigning champions, Demi is the CHAMPION OF EVERYTHING ELSE ON THIS PLANET!
The "Give Your Heart A Break" singer sang our nation's anthem in front of a live audience at Game 4 of the World Series this past weekend. And if you study this picture closely (like we do every picture of Demi), you may notice that there's not even a SMIDGE of nervousness on her face. We're sure that must be because she's a judge on "The X Factor" and works with Simon Cowell (which is not for the faint of heart or the thin of skins), AND because Demi already performed the song last year at the World Series' final game! She's basically a patriotic pro. Also, if Demi keeps performing at sporting events, we might actually be convinced to watch more sports -- that's a big MIGHT, though.
