There IS love in the heart of Brooklyn -- at least there was this weekend. There are so many PRESSING things to discuss about this photo of Jay-Z and Beyoncé sitting courtside at Saturday's Toronto Raptors vs. Brooklyn Nets opening game at the Barclays Center. But let's start with Beyoncé's BANGS, mmkay?

Clearly, I've been living in the dark (literally and figuratively -- this gal lives below 40th Street #Sandy), because I did NOT know that Queen B had been hard at work channeling '60s French New Wave cinema screen sirens. (This is the part where I implore her to make a how-to bangs styling YouTube video, because God knows I'd watch it over and over and over. Those bangs do not look like they are in ANY danger of separating!!) Who runs the world? Beyoncé's bangs.

Despite their reported evacuation from their Tribeca digs (baby Blue Ivy has unfortunately been displaced from her major baby HQ), the duo looks relaxed and happy as they cheer on the players, whisper sweet nothings to each other (just guessing from the pics), throw back some popcorn, and revel in Brooklyn's electricity. (Some people go to the movies to escape tough times, Beyoncé and Jay-Z sit in the front row of highly publicized basketball games.) Jigga may have 99 problems, but judging by these pics, Hurricane Sandy ain't one.
