Lady Gaga was proud to celebrate the victory of America's first openly gay Senator.

+ With all of the political chatter on Twitter last night surrounding the election, Lady Gaga was one of many celebs who were ecstatic over several advances for gay rights. "[Congrats] to @TammyBaldwinWI for being elected the first openly gay senator in the HISTORY of The United States. #inspiring #brave #courageous," she tweeted. (MTV News)
