We're glad we're not Mariah Carey right now (which is the only time we'll EVER say that), because if Nicki Minaj's side eye is any indication of Barbz and Mimi's "American Idol" feud, WE WOULD BE SCURRRRED. Based on Nicki's withering look, we don't blame Mariah one bit for hiring more security on the show's set!

Snapped attending the "American Idol" Season 12 premiere, the "Freedom" singer added a brand-new face to her current roster, except this diabolical look came with a giant dose of "don't-mess-with-me" Roman attitude. OR maybe she overheard someone on the red carpet sidelines screaming "We love you, Mariah!!" in her direction (in which case, talk about adding fuel to the duel).

Whatever prompted the epic pose, we're proud to announce that Nicki has scored first place in our imaginary "Best Side Eye" contest, officially topping Kanye West (runner-up is Niall Horan's dastardly look). Sorry Yeezy, but Nicki makes your side eye look as innocent as a sleepy puppy.
