Today we are taking a look at the first assortment of the new Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Babble Heads from Playmates Toys.
These are a new line of talking, interactive figures that are a new form factor for the Rise of the TMNT line. The first assortment consists of Leonardo and Michelangelo.  Each figure comes with one weapon and an in package “try-me” feature.  Each figure has several “activation points” that when pushed or hit will activate different dialog or sound effects.  Each figure has a clip on the back of their shell so kids can take them with them where ever they go.
