Pillowfight's "Get Down" video is a love letter to life on the road.

Pillowfight is Dan the Automator (Gorillaz, Deltron 3030) and Emily Wells -- and also a fun thing to do with your little brother. The unlikely duo's latest team-up is on "Get Down," a track about life on the road that doubles as a video love letter to touring. "Get on a bus, you might like it," Wells sings as cameras follow her pulling luggage to a hotel room. She devises her own ways to have fun between gigs: without playing with her food (definitely a tour no-no, right?), she turns boring meal plates and napkins into MOMA-worthy table art. So that's why you order room service.

The Automator himself shows up for a verse via an animated doll (touring with Dan the Automator: super-weird), rapping about his worldwide credentials: "Out from Tokyo, to Maui locals/we came to make the place bounce." "Get Down" does just that, with a laid-back groove and melody that recalls a chilled-out take on Motown classic "Dancing in the Street." The duo's new band, which also includes Kid Koala helping out on the 1s and 2s and Lateef the Truthspeaker adding a few rhymes of his own, released their debut album in January.
