Rockstar has announced major updates for both Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online--the online modes for GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2--due in the coming weeks. The Red Dead update has a set date coming next week, while GTA's is less clear. In Red Dead Online, an update on Tuesday, July 28 will add a new Frontier Pursuit with a new Role that will have naturalist abilities, along with a new Outlaw Pass, and a spate of community-requested features and bug fixes. A summer update for GTA Online promises a mix of new content spanning the wide array of in-game activities. Both games will also be getting larger updates later this year, including revisions to roles in Red Dead and GTA's "latest take on Heists in an entirely new location." A handful of screenshots (below) teased the updates. The announcement also noted that it has added responded to feedback in a variety of other ways, including the addition of vehicles in Red Dead Online and the ability to run your GTA Online businesses via the Master Control Terminal.
