SteelSeries has unveiled a new gaming headset that's compatible with the PlayStation 5. The SteelSeries Arctis 9 wireless gaming headset is available now for $200 directly from SteelSeries. Like other SteelSeries headsets, it should be available at other retailers soon. The Arctis 9 is quite similar to the Arctis 9X that debuted last year, but it supports PlayStation platforms rather than Xbox. The SteelSeries Arctis 9 is a high-quality wireless gaming headset that pinpoints sounds, giving you an immersive audio experience. It uses a 2.4GHz wireless connection with a USB dongle that can be plugged into a PC, PS4, or PS5. The Arctis 9 also supports a simultaneous Bluetooth connection for music, chat, and phone calls. A retractable Discord-certified boom mic is located on the left earcup. There's also a mixing dial that can help you get the right levels of game audio and chat, though it's only compatible with PC. The Arctis 9 can run for 20 hours on a full charge and is powered by microUSB. You can also use a wired connection with the included 3.5mm audio cord. Continue Reading at GameSpot
