The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, a game that launched to poor critical reception, will receive a patch on May 27. The update will supposedly address performance issues that have plagued the game since its release earlier this week. This comes by way of developer Daedalic, which issued a statement to Eurogamer about the game's current state. "As you maybe already can imagine, we are aware of the feedback brought up by preview-testers," an excerpt from the statement reads. Daedalic issued a day-one patch alongside the game's release, which addressed crashing issues on PS5, but there's still work to be done.
