Spells in Baldur's Gate 3 are available to most classes and they offer unique ways of going about a combat encounter. Whether you pick a cantrip that can be used at range or a level 2 spell that blinds an enemy, having a wide array of spells available at your party's disposal is key to succeeding in Baldur's Gate 3. While you might think that you have to wait until you level up to learn more spells, there is one simple and easy way to teach specific characters most of the spells in the game. Teaching spells to characters in Baldur's Gate 3In Baldur's Gate 3, the Wizard class has the ability to learn any spell that you can find as a scroll. Unfortunately, it's just the Wizard that has access to this mechanic. If you're interested in learning more spells but you're not a Wizard, you can always choose to multiclass and gain access to the ability that way. Of course, that comes with its own pros and cons, so it's up to you to decide if it's worth it or not. You can also simply select Gale to have in your party, who is a Wizard by default. All you need to do is open up your inventory and select the portrait of your Wizard character from the lefthand side of the screen.
