Although John Wick 4 seemed to very definitively bring the series to a conclusion, news has come out from both franchise co-creator Chad Stahelski and Lionsgate Motion Picture Group chair Joe Drake that there is very much plenty of activity in further entries and spinoffs.

Speaking to The Playlist in an upcoming episode of the publication's The Discourse podcast, Stahelski unveiled plans for a new TV series that will delve into the High Table, a secretive element yet to be fully explored in the franchise. Stahelski, who recently discussed the possibilities of John Wick 5, is also spearheading a separate TV series spinoff, distinct from the recent prequel show, The Continental.

"That's completely separate," Stahelski said. "Lionsgate is having us develop the John Wick TV show, so we thought we could explore The High Table in that a little bit… We're really looking forward to that; we're really excited about it because we're doing that and a Japanese anime."
