Miley Cyrus has unveiled her "Bangerz" album cover! And it reminds us of a few things...

Approximately 24 hours before her 2013 VMAs "We Can't Stop" performance, Miley Cyrus has finally unveiled her upcoming Bangerz album cover! And WE CAN'T STOP looking!

Posting her pic to Instagram from Brooklyn's Barclays Center, Miley captioned: "#BANGERZ #OCTOBER8TH." What do we think?!! Personally, I am full-on accepting this album art, presentation and all. I'm totally getting a "Miami Vice: Special Ratchet Unit" vibe. Plus a few other things... Here's Miley Cyrus' Bangerz in three easy steps!

1.) TOM CRUISE IN "COCKTAIL": We will never forget Tom Cruise's 1988 classic bartending drama about a high-profile Manhattan mixologist taking a tropical gig in Jamaica -- and apparently, neither will Miley. (Maybe it's a secret nod to the film's 25th anniversary? We're going with yes.)

2.) "MIAMI VICE": Based on the Bangerz graphic up top, we could totally see Miley cruising through the famed '80s crime drama's scenes, presumably in a DeLorean or on a speedboat -- or possibly a hovercraft. Detectives Crocker, Tubs, and Ratchet? We like the sound of that.

3.) WHITNEY HOUSTON ON HER FIRST ALBUM COVER: The knowing look straight to camera? The tropical portraiture? The transition-faded pastel background? All these Whitney-Miley connections are OOC! (Ooooooh, we wanna twerk with somebody...)
