The Last Of Us Part 2 On PS5 Pro Looks Even More Impressive In Action

When the PS5 Pro launches in November, dozens of games will benefit from the increase in hardware horsepower, including Naughty Dog's The Last of Us Part 2. Already a visually impressive game on the base model PS5--which itself was a big upgrade from the original PS4 version--The Last of Us Part 2 on PS5 Pro is aiming for a consistent 4K 60fps experience. As shown by Digital Foundry, it looks like Naughty Dog is hitting this target.

In a tech breakdown, the channel showed off new footage of TLOU2 on PS5 Pro. Some of the highlights here included more realistic hair effects, improved environment details, and a deeper depth of field, alongside other improvements. While watching a YouTube video isn't indicative of the final quality when compared to seeing the enhanced game up close and personal on a proper gaming TV or monitor, the differences are nonetheless very apparent.
