Prime Day is a two-day event that has run in mid-July every year since its inception in 2015, which was initially billed as a celebration of Amazon's 20th birthday. You need to be an Amazon Prime member to take advantage of the deals. A membership costs $119 per year or $13 per month, but you can also sign up for a free 30-day trial if you're a new subscriber.
