An update and some interior page reveals from Art of Mythic Legions: Book One just came over to us from the guys who are producing the book for us at KRCO!

Hey guys!!

KRCO Editor in Chief, Jesse Snider here with great news!! The ART OF MYTHIC LEGIONS: BOOK ONE is nearly complete!! Finishing touches are being put on all FORTY-EIGHT PAGES as we speak and lettering on Greg Weisman’s incredible script for the comic book begins today!

We are so proud of this book and at the same time, so dismayed over how long it is taking to get to you. As you may have noticed we’re looong since past Halloween.

While there are many contributing factors to the book’s lateness, I feel I must shoulder the bulk of the responsibility. This was my first company project on any sort of schedule or budget. We got off to a six month late start on our script due to scheduling problems, which eventually caused further scheduling problems for our artists down the line and we didn’t have the budget to buy our way out of our predicament.

HOWEVER, slow and steady is about to win the race!

The book looks unbelievable and we are hoping to wrap by the end of next week and rush it out for print! The printers have been pushing us around a little because we are a small company and saying it’s gonna take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to get the book printed, but we are shopping for a better, quicker printer to get the job done in a more timely fashion.

As a THANK YOU for your patience and understanding in this matter, we are going to release the comic section of the Art of Mythic Legions: Book One as a free PDF download on February 6th, 2017 to everyone who has backed the book through Kickstarter or has pre-ordered the book before February 1st, 2017! You’ll receive emailed instructions on how to download that soon.

We just know that you guys are going to love reading this book as much as we loved making it.
