Where to Find Karlach

The Baldur's Gate 3 Karlach recruitment method happens early on during Act 1. After taking out the scouting party assaulting the Druid Grove, you'll want to keep going west. Cross the stone bridge and head north instead of entering the Blighted Village. You'll arrive at a clearing, which has a dog that you can pet and send to your camp.

Further north is a river, which has several rocks that you can jump on. Once you've crossed said river, go east and check out the end of the pathway. There, you'll see Karlach burning with the flames of hell. The coordinates are X: -104; Y: 520.
