#BatmanDay Tour & Movie Screening Event at WB Studios (+Media Day Preview)
Earlier today I was able to attend an awesome media preview for a special Batman Day Event later this month. Here is the info on that event with more pictures and my thoughts on the preview further below:
For one night only (September 21), Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood presents a special Batman event!
  • Exclusive Batman Tour: A one-hour guided tour highlighting Batman’s history.
  • Brand-new Batcave Exhibit: Featuring original costumes and Batmobiles, including the Tumbler from The Dark Knight.
  • Tim Burton’s Batman Screening: Watch the iconic 1989 Batman film, starring Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson, and Kim Basinger.
  • Bat-Signal Display: See the Bat-Signal light up Stage 16, one of the largest sound stages in the world, featuring the iconic WB logo.

Additional information and limited tickets to the special event are available for purchase at https://www.wbstudiotour.com/tour/wbmovienights/.
Back in June I was able to check out the Warner Brothers Studio Tour which includes a DC Comics section that has a really cool Batcave area filled with Batman props, costumes, and vehicles. It was really cool to see that since then they have added way more Batman items in preparation of the Batman Day Event.
At the preview we were able to explore all these cool Bat-items, some that I’ve never seen before, spanning the history of the Caped Crusader. After exploring the Batcave which holds the bulk of the Batman stuff we were then treated to a private tour of the Warner Brothers Studio backlot with a focus on Batman related locations that also cover many film/TV projects.
I know that the Batman Day Event is only one day but the Studio Tour is worth the price of admission for many of the items on display, as well as the ability to have a focused tour. If you’re more of a TV fan the tour will show you places where your favorite shows were filmed, or if you like classic film they recently started a TCM themed tour, and now with Batman Day they will have a Batman themed tour that will delight the most ardent fan. If you can make it I’d highly recommend spending Batman Day in style at the Warner Brother Studio Tour, a very fun time for those that celebrate. More photos from the media preview below:
