Battlefield 5 Fall Update Goes Live Tuesday, Full Patch Notes Released

Battlefield 5's fall update is scheduled to go live this Tuesday, November 17, and it introduces better support for the Community Games feature. It also adds two new Elite soldiers, a bundle of new cosmetic items, and many bug fixes, including the broken Globetrotter achievement.

Community Games is essentially Battlefield 5's version of custom games, and this update gives players much more freedom to customize their matches. For example, players will now be able to adjust variables like bullet damage and vehicle respawn time, as well as selecting what weapons, classes, and gadgets are available on the map.

The update also includes other smaller fixes, such as ensuring that all weapons and gadgets are available in the game's practice range, as well as restoring War in the Pacific back into the core matchmaking pool. Rush, Frontlines, and Domination have been removed from Quickplay accordingly.
