Beyoncé takes a moment to reflect back on her humble music beginnings.

Before Beyoncé was running the world solo (we know, it's hard to imagine) and teaching us how to bounce to "Bug A Boo" in Destiny's Child, the gorg mother was in a girl group called Girl's Tyme. Bey's clearly come a very long way from the days of practicing dance routines in her parents' living room (and wearing berets), but that doesn't mean she doesn't take time to reflect on her incredibly successful upbringing. That's what happens when you become a parent, guys. You want the best for your kids -- a childhood even better than your own. (Which pretty much means Blue Ivy will have THE BEST LIFE EVER IN ALL OF HISTORY.)

The "Love On Top" singer shared a photo on her Tumblr (aka, our internet heaven) of her making the same pose she made with Girl's Tyme way back when! (A sense of humor! Yay!) And while we've been on nostalgia overload voting for the groups we want to win MTV's Battle of the Boy Bands, we're also verklempt reminiscing along with Bey about her girl group past. But mostly we can't even begin to handle how long Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland have been BFFs. Got room for one more, ladies?
