Brock Lesnar Removed From WWE 2K24 Cover

As the saying goes, "cover art not final," and in the case of WWE's upcoming 2K24, Brock Lesnar has been officially removed. Lesnar has reportedly been connected to the latest lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE, which alleges sexual trafficking, among other offenses. Though Lesnar is not mentioned by name in a sexual assault and trafficking lawsuit against McMahon from Janel Grant, there are several references to an individual who is believed to be Lesnar.

Lesnar has already been removed from the WWE Supercard mobile game following the lawsuit being made public. He was originally shown as part of the 40 Years of Wrestlemania edition for WWE 2K24, but a new gameplay trailer reveals an updated cover that omits Lesnar, with a larger photo of John Cena taking his place. Triple H and Shawn Michaels were also moved around on the left side of the art as well.

At this time, it's unclear if this means Lesnar is also pulled from the game itself. GameSpot has reached out to 2K for clarification. The 40 Years of Wrestlemania edition is a digital-only version of the game and releases on March 5, a few days ahead of the standard edition.
