+ Joe Jonas' new show "The Next" premiered last night on CW; it also stars Gloria Estefan, Nelly, and John Rich. Each star mentors and moves in with local acts. "You have Gloria Estefan on a tractor, I'm babysitting 15 crazy kids, John Rich is working at Under Armour... we're thrown into these people's lives to get them ready for a live performance," Joe explains.
