Warner Bros. and developer Techland today released a new, interactive trailer for upcoming zombie game Dying Light, and it's actually pretty cool. It plays out sort of like a "choose your own adventure" book, allowing you to decide how you want to approach each encounter. The trailer is meant to show off the non-linearity and replayability of Dying Light, something I think it does quite well. You'll probably be eager to watch it again and try a different path, and that's the point. In addition to English, subtitles for French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish are available. If you're reading this on a mobile device, we're sorry to say the trailer's interactive functions only work on desktop. I also ran into some issues in Google Chrome, so you may want to try a different browser. Dying Light's release date is January 27, 2015 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game was originally expected to also come to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but those versions were recently canceled. Techland recently revealed that Dying Light will run at 1080p/30fps, though it cautioned that "things can still change." For more on Dying Light, check out GameSpot's previous coverage.
