NEW ALBUM RELEASES

+ CiaraCiara: In a recent #AskCiara Twitter chat, Ciara summed up her self-titled fifth studio album, tweeting: "This album experience is about my fans getting to know me more. Personally and musically it's authentically me." And get to know Ciara we do. She doesn't tolerate any lame guy behavior in her female empowerment NSFW banger, "I'm Out," with Nicki Minaj (the pair also collab on "Livin' It Up"). Ciara tells us what gets her ready to party on "Super Turnt Up," and we get a peek into how she holds court in the boudoir with her steamy "Body Party," the video for which features cameos from Ludacris and Trinidad James, and also stars her boyfriend, Future. And speaking of Future, check out the romantic collab, "Where You Go," which has a fresh indie-electro vibe. Stream Ciara in full via iTunes before it drops tomorrow.

+ Skylar GreyDon't Look Down: Singer-songwriter Skylar Grey first collaborated with Eminem on his Recovery album and on Slaughterhouse's Shady Records debut, so it seems a natural progression that Em would executive produce Skylar's new record. Watch her NSFW tongue-in-cheek video for "C'Mon Let Me Ride" featuring Eminem. "I'm making fun of how the media really over-sexualizes everything. That's where the inspiration comes from," she told MTV News of the tune. Other guests include Big Sean and Travis Barker, who appear on "Back From The Dead," and "S---, Man!" features Angel Haze. Also check out the video for the piano-laced "Wear Me Out."

Check out more new album releases, upcoming TV appearances, and performances after the jump.

+ Preservation Hall Jazz BandThat's It!: Named after the famed New Orleans venue, Preservation Hall Jazz Band has had various members along the way since the 1960s, but one thing remains the same: The group keeps the tradition of New Orleans jazz a mainstay through the generations. That's It! comprises all-original material for the first time in the band's history. The album was co-produced by band director/bassist/tuba player Ben Jaffe and My Morning Jacket's Jim James. Check out the stories behind "Rattlin' Bones" (co-written by Semisonic's Dan Wilson) and "Come With Me," whose back story is the romantic conversation between a band member and his future wife. Also listen to the gospel tune "Dear Lord (Give Me The Strength)," which was written while on the road in "10 minutes," Jaffe reveals to MTV News.
