Developer tells fans to stay tuned for a "special" and "major" reveal May 30; "In the words of Nomad: 'We're going back.'"

Crytek will make a "major" Crysis 3 announcement tomorrow, the developer said today through its social channels.

"Stay tuned for a special Crysis 3 announcement tomorrow," Crytek said on Facebook. "In the words of Nomad: 'We're going back.'"

On Twitter, Crytek described the announcement as "major."

Crysis 3 launched in February and sold 205,000 units during the month in the United States, according to NPD data. According to publisher Electronic Arts, the game failed to meet sales expectations.
