If you grew up in the 1990s, you might have fond memories of the Disney Afternoon programming block, which included classic Disney cartoons like Ducktales, Talespin, Gargoyles, and--most importantly--Darkwing Duck. Now, Disney's vigilante superhero is coming back on Disney+, according to a report from Variety. A reboot of the animated series is in early development and, while a writer has not been found, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, and Alex McAtee will produce. Rogen and Goldberg are also developing a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles CG-animated feature. Darkwing Duck debuted in 1991, with 91 episodes airing across three seasons.
