Director Shawn Levy, best known for his work on Netflix's Stranger Things and Deadpool 3, has shared some insight on his Star Wars movie.

Back in November last year, it was announced that Levy was in talks to direct his own Star Wars movie following the release of Deadpool 3 and the final episodes of Stranger Things. Levy confirmed the report at the time, taking to Twitter to say, "Childhood me is losing his shit right now. Grown-up me is too."

During a recent interview with Total Film magazine (via GamesRadar), Levy discussed how he was approached to develop and direct a brand-new Star Wars movie and how he's going about approaching the galaxy far, far away.
