Can we agree that Demi Lovato should always wear yellow?

Is it OK to be approaching your 30th birthday and still want to be Demi Lovato when you grow up? (Fingers crossed.) The "Give Your Heart A Break" singer is yellow-hot on the cover of Cosmo's July issue, and I still don't understand what kind of vitamins this girl is taking to get her hair to look that good. Also, that dress: Can I have it? In every color?

Inside the issue, Demi continues to be an open book, discussing her bipolar diagnosis after she entered rehab in late 2010: "It’s a daily thing; you don’t get time off from it. And if I feel myself slipping back into old patterns, I have to ask others for help, which is hard for me to learn, because I really like doing everything on my own." Such good advice, guys -- always ask for help, even if it means asking the tallest stranger you can find to get that box of cereal down for you at the grocery store. (Just me?)

Regarding her relationship deal breakers, Demi Lovato's just like you and me: No one who doesn't like mac and cheese. Just kidding: "I don’t have many deal breakers. I’ve done so much in my life, it doesn’t feel right to judge other people. Oh, I know one quality I won’t tolerate. I would never be with a guy who is controlling." Spoken like the boss queen that she is.
