Disney Plus Video Reveals 2020’s Originals: WandaVision, Mandalorian Season 2, And More

The first major Disney+ original series The Mandalorian has come to a close, with Season 2 coming this fall. That's not all that will be arriving in 2020, as a video showcasing this year's Disney+ offerings revealed that the Marvel series WandaVision has been moved up for a 2020 release. That means both Star Wars and Marvel properties will each be getting two new series in 2020.

In the video, which you can check out below, Disney shows off plenty of new original series and movies that are slated to arrive this year. Aside from WandaVision--a series following Avengers characters Wanda... and Vision--The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series also hits the service sometime this year, which began filming in late 2019. Additionally, a second season of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series will be coming in the fall, and there are plenty of specials that looked to be under the NatGeo banner, exploring the animal kingdom.

Unfortunately, there are no release dates attached to any of these shows yet. Clone Wars Season 7 will be the first of these series to hit the service, but as of this writing, it doesn't have a specific release date outside of February. A few of these originals are slated for the fall, but that's all we know.

If you can't watch the video, check out the list of original programming coming to Disney+ this year.
