Fast X is gearing up for a massive opening weekend. The 10th installment in the main series is projected to earn close to $300 million worldwide for its opening weekend. According to Deadline, Fast X should pull in $235 million from international markets and at least $60 million from North America to soar to $295 million over its first weekend. That would be the third-best start in Fast & Furious history, trailing only Fate of the Furious ($541.9 million) and Furious 7 ($397.6 million) when it comes to first-weekend results globally. The domestic projections for Fast X point to the series slowing down. For comparison, the series has averaged, across nine installments, about $75.8 million at the domestic box office.
