Unless you have been living under a rock for the past month you have no doubt heard about the Fidget Spinner craze sweeping this nation’s elementary and middle schools.   Originally used as a tool for autistic children, they are now THE toy/accessory to have this year as evidenced by the fact that 45 of the top 50 best selling toys on Amazon.com this month are all spinners!

Spinners are being sold everywhere now including toy stores, on-line, gas stations, even my local ice cream man is selling them out of his truck!

And with any trend the bootleggers often come out to try to make a quick buck before the license holder can shut them down, and spinners are no exception.   Already you can find a wide variety of unlicensed spinners in a wide variety of styles and shapes that I’m sure will start to be pulled soon as licensors crack down on these to put out their own licensed versions.
