One of the new games that launched inside Fortnite last week, Psyonix's Rocket Racing, made waves for the wrong reasons when its slate of cosmetics came with extra-steep prices--but that's about to change, because Epic is permanently adjusting the prices downward on all Rocket Racing cars. The uncommon (green) rarity cars will now cost 1,500 V-Bucks, down from 2,500, and the rare (blue) ones are going from 4,000 V-Bucks down to 2,500. The only rare car currently in the shop, the Diesel, was technically the most expensive major cosmetic in the whole game that you could buy with V-Bucks, with 4,000 converting to about $30 or more, depending on a few factors. It's worth noting that these cars are cross-buy with Rocket League, so the pricing made more sense for those who also play that game.
