As many of you have heard the Four Horsemen ran into some trouble with Paypal, whereby they dropped them last week days before the latest Mythic Legions pre-order was supposed to have ended. Since then they have been scrambling to try to find a new, viable payment system to finish the last days of the pre-order, and it looks like now they have found one:
We’ve been seriously crunching the past couple of days to try to get our new payment system for Store Horsemen up and running, and even though we’ve found a very safe and reputable payment processing partner (USA ePay), the drawback is that their system isn’t compatible with our old Store Horsemen Yahoo store. This is both good and bad.
The good is that we’ve been discussing creating a new online store for a couple of years now because the Yahoo site just didn’t meet all of our needs anymore, so now we’re being kind of forced to do it. The bad parts are that we had to rush to get the new online store put together so quickly that it’s very bare bones and basic looking at the moment. We’ll be doing some upgrades to it over the next couple months, but for now at least we’ve got it up and rolling so that all of you can wrap up your Mythic Legions Covenant of Shadow, All-Stars 1.0 and Trolls pre-orders.
We’re going to leave the new pre-orders open through this coming Tuesday night at 11:59pm to make up for time lost last week. We’re sorry, but we absolutely cannot leave the pre-orders open any longer than that because we have to get the final numbers over to our factory to begin production. We were already pushing it before and now we’re going to be behind schedule by a full week. If you have any issues with your new pre-orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 4HMD@optonline.net
All previous pre-orders placed up through Store Horsemen order #15713 were already processed for payment before Paypal shut everything down, and unless there was a payment issue on your end (which you should have already been emailed about) your pre-orders are fine. If your pre-order was #15714 through #15767, your order and payment were never processed, and we’ll be sending you an email about it, but you’ll need to place a new order through the new Store Horsemen. Sorry about that. It sucks that you’ll have to place a completely new pre-order, but there’s nothing we can do to fix it.
One last thing, we cannot combine any of the new pre-orders that will be placed on the new Store Horsemen with any of the previous Yahoo Store Horsemen pre-orders, and as for right now we’re not going to be able to combine any of the pre-orders that will be made on the new Store Horsemen site either. As we become more familiar with the mechanics of the new Store Horsemen site, that might be a possibility, but for now it’s not, and we apologize for that inconvenience.
