Genshin Impact has attracted a massive following with its free-to-play take on the Zelda: Breath of the Wild formula, and it's getting even bigger with Version 1.2. The latest content update will add a new mountain region called Dragonspire, filled with dangerous enemies and extreme cold.

The mountain is said to accrue more and more snow, which never melts. In the trailer, we see heroes go up against powerful ice monsters, some of whom resemble yetis. The mountain is located in the southern part of Mondstadt, and once you get into the frigid canyon, you can eventually find a cave filled with a pulsated orb that looks like it's somehow biologically connected to the mountain itself.

Two new characters are introduced in the update--Albedo and Ganyu. The former relies on sword strikes and has a powerful area-of-effect attack to send enemies flying, while the latter is a powerful and deceptive magic user. There are also new weapons and new story quests to go along with the region, so it's a great time to jump back in if you have taken a break.
