After almost 25 years, Gladiator 2 finally premiered in theaters on November 22--but while its theatrical run only just started, retailers are already offering preorders for the film's upcoming 4K Blu-ray release. Multiple versions are available at Amazon, including a collectible steelbook edition for $51 and a standard edition release. We don't know when the Gladiator 2 4K Steelbook Edition will release nor what special features it may include, but we expect those details will be announced soon. Preordering now locks you in for Amazon's preorder price guarantee, which means if the price changes between when you preorder and when the Blu-ray launches, you'll only pay the lowest price, and you won't be charged until your order ships. If you want to save a bit of cash, you can preorder the Gladiator 2 4K Standard Edition Blu-ray for just $38. Like the Steelbook Edition, we don't yet know the Standard Edition's release date nor what (if any) special features will be included. At the very least, you can expect to get the 4K and standard Blu-ray version on disc, and a digital streaming code. Continue Reading at GameSpot
