@GLCollectibles – GreenLight Acquires Highway 61

| INDIANAPOLIS, IN (January 3, 2017) – GreenLight Collectibles, a premier manufacturer and marketer of authentic die-cast vehicle replicas, scale figures and remote control cars, is excited to announce the acquisition of Highway 61 Collectibles, a premier manufacturer of 1:18 scale die-cast model cars based in Dubuque, Iowa. The acquisition is effective immediately. The Highway 61 acquisition represents the fourth marketplace move in recent years by GreenLight after the acquisition of First Response Replicas in July 2016, the relaunch of Precision Miniatures under the Precision Collection re-brand in January 2016 and the GMP relaunch in May 2014.

| “When approached with the opportunity to acquire the Highway 61 Collectibles brand and mold families in early 2016, we were excited to engage in an immediate discussion and negotiation”, said Russell Hughes, GreenLight Collectibles President. “Highway 61 developed market leading, highly detailed 1:18 scale molds from 2002 until 2012, and those molds need to be available to collectors in 2017 and beyond. We’ll do our best to relaunch Highway 61 with our vault of highly sought-after licenses and will utilize our design creativity to introduce some new concepts that have never been seen in high-end 1:18 scale model car offerings”.

It is a fantastic line and I am certain collectors will be excited to see some new releases through the GreenLight outlets.”
