Hasbro sent out this amazing page-a-day Star Wars calendar to help us countdown to the release of new Star Wars: The Force Awakens product on “Force Friday” on September 4th.

Today we are a mere 17 days away from Force Friday and the toys of the day is… shhhhhh.   shhhhhhhh!  The band is starting!

And it’s the GOOD band.   I was a fan from their very first album.   Back when they played all their own instruments and were all practical puppets.  Their new stuff is all CGI characters and auto-tune.   They sold out right around the time of the Special Editions.    It’s sad really.   I’m hoping the original group will make a come back and start touring again some day.
