Kevin Hart started the Hurricane Harvey Relief Challenge to encourage celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, and The Chainsmokers to donate to the Red Cross. Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, and Kim Kardashian have also pledged to help Houston.
